All services and prices are subject to change at any time with or without notice.



Color service price subject to change based on length, thickness, and customization.

A stylist cannot guarantee results once a guest leaves our salon without the use of recommended haircare and styling products 

to complement the color service / treatment received. We highly recommend taking the advice of your hair care professional, 

and investment in at-home care.

If there is an issue with a color service preformed, a REDO can be made if done within 7 days of the original service.



Pricing varies based on density of hair.


NEW CLIENTS: We ask that you please have a valid card ready when scheduling, as it will be required to secure your reserved appointment online and/or by phone. We will not accept appointments without a form of payment on file.

ESTABLISHED CLIENTS: We will ask for a valid credit card to be placed on file (if not already), and it will only be charged if:

Cancellation is less than 24 hours: a fee (variable) will be required at the time of cancellation and/or to be rescheduled.

No-Shows: We will charge 100% for the service(s).


Our time is very valuable. In order for us to maintain a steady schedule and allow prompt time and fairness to all guests  and team members we kindly request guests to confirm appointments, and give at least 48-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

Should you be unable to attend your appointment(s) and need to cancel or reschedule, please allow at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged. Cut-off time for cancellations or rescheduling is 2 days PRIOR to the scheduled service time.

In the case of an emergency: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hours PRIOR to your scheduled service(s), please call us - DO NOT EMAIL.

Catalaya Salon and Spa reserves the right to charge 50% for services cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before reservation, and 

100% for last-minute cancellations and No-Show appointments. The incurred fee(s) must be paid before further bookings are accepted.



Multiple appointment reminders and confirmations are sent in the days leading up to your scheduled appointment(s). If you are not receiving your appointment notifications, please give us an updated mobile number or email address.


Confirmation emails and text messages are sent one week prior to appointments. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENTS.

Reminder emails and texts will be sent 1 day before your appointment. **

**Catalaya Salon and Spa reserves the right to cancel any reservations that have been left UNCONFIRMED less than 24-36 hours before the scheduled appointment time in order to serve clients on our wait list. Though this rarely occurs, we ask guests to confirm their upcoming appointment(s) once a notification requesting confirmation is received.


Due to safety considerations, and for the comfort of all our guests, we prefer that children stay home unless receiving our services.



We will refund or exchange any product that does not meet your expectations.



e-Gift Cards are available for purchase online. Cannot redeem for cash. Value does not expire.

Please present your e-gift card number at checkout.



Gift Certificates purchased in dollar amounts may be used toward services and retail.*

If a gift certificate is issued for a specific service (for instance, a 60 minute facial treatment), the recipient of the gift certificate 

may use the value toward a different service(s) of equal value.

*Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Value does not expire.


S P A   E T I Q U E T T E


We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out client info. 

If you are running late, please call us.

In some cases, we may not be able to perform service(s) and ask that you reschedule.  

Appointments later than 15 minutes without notifying us will be marked as No-Call No-Show.  

Please read our policy on cancellations and payments.



Please silence / turn off your phone while receiving services in the Spa Area.



Food is not allowed in the facility, however we allow beverages.
